  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
    • Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
    • Please note that certain items such as lingerie, swimwear, and personalized/customized products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and customization reasons. Any such exceptions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
  2. Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at care@capsuled.store within the specified return period.
    • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process.
  3. Return Shipping:
    • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
    • Capsuled is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.
  4. Refunds and Store Credit:
    • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or issue a store credit, as per your preference.
    • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    • Store credits will be provided in the form of a unique code that can be redeemed on our website.
  5. Exchanges:
    • For the exchange, please reach out to us at care@capsuled.store or via private message on Instagram. We will send the package for exchange with a courier.
    • We understand that choosing a size or fit online can be challenging; for this reason, we offer a reduced rate for the shipping fee in case of an exchange.
  6. Non-Refundable Items:
    • Gift cards, promotional items, and final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
